Default the new record in a table while openning
Hello all,
I got an problem while creating the Ms Access DB ,
I have created an BD for stores entry in the I made Utillity
chamber.from Example : I have created Issued to ,Invoce No & Date ,Equipment Name. In this i have allready load the Issue to Name . and I have created the front end for that entry .when i open that from .I getting data from record One .But I want to make as "When I open that from It should show the new record to entry".Is it Possible whould u able to Help.

Open the properties window for the form when in design view and change the
property DataEntry to Yes.

I am using MS OFFICE 2003 , I didn't find any dataentr in it. So pls give me an clarification on the above statement."Dataentry' option in properties,.

On the Db window click on Form, then on Design, then on properties and u'll
see on the screen all the properties of the form. Since u click on Data Tab
u find Data Entry property which should be on YES.
