 I got problem to convert the Data to Excel. Iam having an DB in which iam generating an report and viewing in report perview . i want it to convert to excel from report view is it possible form me to covert from the report view . If so plz show me the way the method ... if u dont understand wat i want to get reply me

Basically you export the underlying data, not the report itself. Look up DoCmd.

This is a very elegant topic. Try "Integrating Excel and Access" by Michael Schmalz from O'Reilly. (Sorry Wrox, I have most of your books already anyway.) This is a new book specifically for this topic. I am on the second chapter, but very nice so far.
