 I have created an Table with following for Maintaining an for Gatepass : Gatepass No. , Date , Name of the Equipment, Specification,Quantity , Servicing Company, Status (Blocked,Finished)

 And now i want to generate an report in that report i want to get an auto-count day (i.e.) No. of Day from call Booked . I want to how should i created the field and build the expression for this function.

 Pls give the answer if u not able to understand ple reply me..

Hi,

   It sounds like you want to know the number of days from the date of the report back to the date booked. If that is true, then create your report, and add a text box to the report. Then in the text box type =DateDiff("d", [yourdatefield], Date).

   I think that should do it. My syntax may be wrong. Do a search in the help box for DateDiff.

   Also, you can add this column to the query behind the report.
