I have created a word form to be used by many people and I need to import the completed table directly into access 2002. The trouble I have is when I create a text delimited file from this I cannot then get the column tables created in Access becuase the word format is in the following format:

name: namedata
address: addressdata
postcode: postcodedata etc.

The problem is it uses name and namedata as the column headings in Access but I want to use the name address and postcode as column headings. Any ideas?

Can you just select the table and use Table -> Convert -> Table to Text to save the table in correct delimited format.

Oops...never mind. See you're using a Word Form. Have only exported Word Form data before. How did your get the format that includes field names?
