Default linking


  Friends two database are iam having and both are having maximum of 15 data field in it and 5-6 data field are same and wat i want is it is possible for me to link the DB and sharing the data to each other if so please give me an explaination & examples ..

You can link the two databases and share identical data between the databases so you only have to store it once in all your databases, and it is accurate and the same in all your databases.

Create your shared data in one of your databases. Then from the other databases where you want to see this data, select Insert > Table > Link Table, and then link the table with the shared data into your database.

You will probably want this shared data to be the only data in the table that you are sharing so that unrelated data is not shown in other databases. If this is not feasible at this time, then you can create a view or query of the table, and then link to the query to see the data.
