Default "Calendar" dispaly format

Dear All,

i have a query result same as following List1, my boss want me to show it like this: please help.

            (Hour)
Date/Hour 9:00 10:00 11:00....
---(date)1 2 80 ....
-------- 2 14 98 ....
---------3

List1:

I can't really make this out, but it looks like you want a cross tab query.

Create the query and add the fields you want to show. It looks like 3 fields.

Then Select Query > Cross Tab Query.

Then select Date for Row Heading, Hour for Column Heading, Visitors as Value, and Group by Count.

That should do it.

Does that work for you?
