Default ADP Update Stored Procedure

Hi there,
Probably a nice easy question for anyone, im a beginner to Stored Procedures and need some help getting started..

CREATE PROCEDURE "pricesupdate"
UPDATE PRODUCTS
SET PRODUCTS.CURRENTSELLINGPRICE = PRODUCTS.NEWSELLINGPRICE
FROM PRODUCTS
WHERE PRODUCTS.DATEOFPRICECHANGE = DATE AND PRODUCTS.NEWSELLINGPRICE > "0";

There's my procedure at the moment, what is wrong with it?
I keep getting the error: "Incorrect syntax near the word UPDATE". Can anyone shed some light on to what I am doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance.
