Hi guy's,

 i got an doubt...is there any possibility for my idea..

 Idea is iam having an Database which contains the data Personal computer and computer Accessories. For Example..

Dot matrix printer , Personal Computer , Uninteruppted power Supply Unit , Laser printer , Scannner and So..
 several year here we are upgrading the System according and now in my database all the data's are depand upon the name of Employee's who are having the Equipment and sometimes we may do by buying and Equipment instead of Upgrading..on that time i have to update the thinks details in the database...

  My doubt is it possible for to give the autonumber or just like each Equipment is having Each individual table and one from...i.e.
I want to make one common from, when i select the Equipment name it should automatically store in the respective table....(OR) when i select the Equipment name it should give the autonumber for them..

 for example :
 I have entered 20 Personal Computer and 10 Laser printer ..now i got 10 personal Computer and 5 laser printer as inventory.. when i entered the inventory..the personal computer should count from 21 and laser printer as 11 and not from 31 ...contiue ..

 if all notable to understand plz reply me...
