Default form, archive records between dates

hi, i need to create a form with a button to archive records between start and end dates which are entered.

i have created append, delete which are placed in a macro and the form with the button. however, i have to enter 2 sets of start and end dates for the append and delete querys. i only want to enter one set.

how do i link the button to the macro?

I am assuming that the date you are using are the the same for both queries.
Reference the textbox controls on the form from within your queries instead of a hard-coded date or a parameter. By doing this you will be able to enter one set of dates to be used from anywhere in your database.
