HI friends,

I had created 2 froms named General & Report View from.. in that i want to make some triky. i.e. This GENERAL FROM as an Combo box and it contains data as Personal Computer , Scanner, Printer ect.. & an Command Button which promots the screen to the REPORT VIEW in that i want to place an heading which should reflects the name which is been selected in the combo box for GENERAL FROM..

That is .. when i select Personal Computer in the combo box & click through next from then the heading automatically show the Personal Coputer..

Hi anukagni

If you write a query with all the data fields that you need and then add a parameter to the field that you would like to have as a header. Then create your report from the query and move the field that you want to use in the header into the header (cutting the field name works the best form me).

Try this and let me know if it works other wise I can send you some examples.

Cheers,
Hennie
