Default Printing a form with a subform in it

hi, i have a form with a subform in it, and when a click on "Print Preview" it diSplays all the records of the subform, and i only want one record to print. bare with me:

a) 2 tables: Clients profiles & Product prices.

Imagine i'm with a client in front of me, and i start typing his name, phone numbeR etc. then, id like to choose only one record of the subform that i've already saved, in the "Form View" it only displays one product with all it's characteristics, but when i put the print preview, it displays all records in the subform, and it doesn't relate with what i had already selected. in other words, i want the client to have a copy of the price of the product, and only one with his name and everything on it, not the hole two tables in a nice format. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

It sounds like one of two things.

1) When you open the report, you're not supplying a WHERE condition, for example:

DoCmd.OpenReport "MyReport", acPrintPreview, , "[EmployeeID] = " & Me.EmployeeID

2) If you are, it sounds like there should be a report and subreport construction. Your report and subreport are not linked via parent/child relationships.
