I have 2 tables, tblB and tblC. tblB has two fields: B_ID(number),B_treatments(text).tblC has two fields: C_ID(number),C_treatments(text).

I want to implement the cascade update between B_treatment and C_treatment when B_ID=C_ID. But I cannot do it by adding a relationship between them. Is there other way to do it? e.g. through VBA.

Cascading updates will not do what you are trying to do.

To do a cascade update between B_treatment and C_treatment, B_treatment must be the primary key that is joined to the foreign key C_treatment.

Otherwise you will need to create an update query.
