Default Use a frm based on a qry to update a tbl

Hello, I need to create a form that will automatically appear when I [put in a range of dates on a form] that will include checkboxes based on edition numbers between those dates. I have created a query that displays the edition numbers but can't work out what to do next. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated...

So you want to create a dialog form that allows the user to choose edition numbers via check box and enter date paramenters? How much VB are you comfortable with? Have you met SQL?

Chapter 7 of Beginning Access 2002 VBA has some discussion about this and gives some examples.
