Default Exporting to HTML

Hello all,
I am currently developping a DB for logging helpdesk calls.
I also created a query looking for repetitive user mistakes in order to create a FAQ.
I would like then to programmatically export the FAQ to HTML to be then placed online.
I know the macro command OutputTo and this is the one I am using BUT the output design is ugly. I noticed the Template argument which might be useful but despite some google search I was unable to find an example on how it works. I tried by myself but failed to generate something nice. So the question is : how must the template look like ? is it just HTML code ? How to type it ?...
If you have a specific tutorial or know the answer, I'd be glad to know as well :)
By the way, if you come up with a more convenient idea, there are all welcome :D
Thanks,
Stéphane from Belgium
