Default Finance forecast Database

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for some help on creating a Database that can analyze and determine a company’s future financial income by using key automated analytical tools that I would be able to incorporate within Microsoft access.

If anyone has any ideas as to where I can find an example of a database that can forecast similar to what I mentioned or have one that I can use to start with that would be super.

Thanks you for your time and your help.

Corey

If you can generate the mathematical formulas, we can do this in code.

I know Excel has some very good data analysis tools, including regression analysis, etc. But the formulae and processes are not apparent. I would assume that you would want to enter historic data on the company's performance (Stocks?) and then do some sort of regression analysis for a buy and short function. Or do you just want to do a trend analysis? Or both? Others?

If you can quantify, we can deliver.

If you have custom financial functions, define them in modules in your Access database. You can then use your functions as you would use functions that are common to all applications, such as date() time(). I wrote a crazy database for Carnegie Mellon University to calculate test scores for a psychology exam (bubble sheets). It was fun.

Corey has to come up with the formulas before we do the modules.
