Default Updating Tables

Hi All
I have two tables one Desktop and the other laptop.
I want to have only one form for inputting new laptop/desktop info.Is it possible that when a user is inputting laptop or desktop information that this will update the relevant table laptop/desktop.

Thanks

Brendan Bartley

If you use unbound forms and then write a pair of update queries to update the laptop table and the desktop table appropriately then you should be set. Alternatively, you could add a field to one or the other of your tables named: HardwareType and then populate it with Laptop or Desktop, as required and only use one table?
