Hi All
I have locked a database down when open to users. Now when I try to access the design view I cannot do so.I am pressing the shift key down when opening but no joy.

On the start up menu I turned off everything Allow full menus Etc.
The only thing I remember is that the main form was open when I did this and I have never come across this problem before of not being able toopen the design view.

When you go to the startup menu, if you want to access the mdb in design view, you need to leave Use Access Special Keys checked, otherwise the shift key won't work.
