Further to mmcdonal's question as to how the system is supposed to work; The three tables are in the database, say Database X. Now the same database X is also put on the Laptop computers to facilitate data capture away from the office. Data is entered in the database X on the laptop computers and we want to use a flash disk to transfer the data to the Main Database X at the Office. now the problem is the Database X on the Laptop computers would contain both new and already updated data. So I am looking for a way to update the main database X with all the new data from the database on the laptop computers as the process for capturing new data continues.
In DonorID datatype is set to text because it contains a combination of alphabetical charactors and numbers

to follow the discussion, it means I have to modify the tables to facilitate for such data download or transfer because of the creation of a superkey?

Secondly, I have never used Microsoft Office developer package to package Access databases. How is it down? or is it the best option for such a task?
