Default Always a New entry

I know this is going to be easily answered but I cant seem to find the answer in 3 MS books nor on google.

How do you make it so a form is always going to make a new entry and never bring old records up?

No problem! Glad I could help because I'm usually just asking questions and can't answer any...it was nice to be able to help someone else out!
Have a great weekend!

Laura
