Default User Level Security

I have a user level security database. I have created the users i want for this database. On my login on the network i see all of these users and the password protection works appropriately. However when one of my users logs in under his own account on the network and opens this same database they can open the database without entering a password and when i look in the User and Group Accounts window none of the users that i created even exist. Please help.

Access login credentials are taken from the network login credentials, so the user shouldn't have to login if they are on a supported network: Windows ADS.

Try having a user who DOESN'T have login credentials login from their desktop, and see if the password protection works then.

Also, your users' probably don't have administrative rights, so when you look in at the credentials with their login, the users and groups are hidden from them?
