Don,

SELECT PeopleLoad.EmployeeNbr
FROM PeopleLoad LEFT JOIN People ON PeopleLoad.EmployeeNbr = People.EmployeeNbr
WHERE (((People.EmployeeNbr) Is Null));

Try that.

I just realized that when you select "Queries" and click the "New" icon, you get a different list than when you click "Create a New Query Using the Wizard".

"Verry Interesting" as Sgt Schultz would say.
