just have a question.

I have a table that has a 1 to many relationship with another table on the 'CreatedBy' field.
I also have a 'ChangedBy' and a 'CheckedBy' field on this same table.

The primary key of the table the data comes from is in a text format (the name of the person). Now the problem I have is that because I already have a relationship on the 'CreatedBy' field, I can't get another relationship on the other two with the same table.

Is there another way to do this?

(I know I could create multiple tables that are identical, but then how do I make sure they synchronize when data is changed in the first one?)

This should work. If the wizard won't do it, then put in the values yourself. I frequently do this and just run the wizard on each field.

Are you trying to create the relationship in the relationship viewer? If so, this should still work.

Are you still having problems with this?

(Access doesn't support reflexive relationships, but I can make it do that too by just hand coding the fields, so this should work.)
