hi,

i have a form which i have created; the width is too wide so whenever i want to print the form in ONE page, i have to go to change the settings before i print. how can i fixed the printing settings for this form????

If you click on FILE > PAGE SETUP you can change the top/bottom/left/right margins of your page to fit it in. You can also change the paper orientation from portrait to landscape.

Note: To print data and calculations, don't print the form. Create a report and print that. The only reason one would ever print an actual form is to take a snapshot of it for a user manual or something to show users what the form looks like when they cannot see it on the computer screen.
