Default Access application

I have designed an Access database using Access 2007. I wish to sell this application and was wondering, can you copyright an Access application?

Can you copyright a manual that explains how to use your Access application to include with the database you sell?

Regards,

Gajun

Yes and yes. I would go to Microsoft for any licensing restrictions, however.

In addtition to that MMcDonal said, make sure all the VBA, forms, etc. are actually yours and if not, you need to credit others and possibly get their permission to use their pieces of work.

Egads yes, I didn't think of that.

You can copyright a database, but not the data in most cases.
