It is Working perfectly!! THANK YOU so much for your time and effort! I really appreciate your efforts and your time and especially your patience!! Now, I attempt figure out how to clear the selected (highlighted)account codes after running the report, I will be set. Again thank you for your time, your knowledge and your patience.

why is this working in Office 2007, bit not in Office 2003? The Unbound box is showing up blank in 2003 - the data is in the list box (but it is blank)! in Access 2007 in works perfectly!

I am not sure why this is without actually seeing the database.

Did you figure out how to clear the selections?

Problem Solved!!
I found a machine without Office 2003 sp1 and it works!
but it will not work in any office 2003 with SP1, but it will work in Office 2003 without SP1. Go figure!
