Default Date format

I want to date format like this in the data entry form.

22/1/2008

day/month/year

I use design form date format medium date, but when start
data entry, again it store date like mm/dd/yy format why ?

how can change date format dd/mm/yy in form data entry ?

(ms office 2007 access)

change date format setting in control panel => regional setting => date format

change regional format from united states to united kingdom
