Default Setting size according tu subreports

Hello to everyone, and thanks in advance for your help.

Let's see if I'm able to explain myself... I have a DDBB with business units, commercial teams and their clients. I want to show all tha in a report, but in a particular way (that my boss asked for): the BU name should be in a box to the left of the page, with the teams and clients to its right. Something like this:

--------------
| | Team 1
| | Client x
| Business | Client y
| unit A | Client z
| | Team 2
| | Client x
| | Client y
--------------
--------------
| | Team 1
| Business | Client y
| unit B | Client z
| | Team 2
| | Client x
--------------

So far, I've put all the teams and clients correctly using a subreport, but the box has a fixed size. What I need it to do is to change the size of the box so as it "covers" all of its teams and clients. Do you have any idea on how could this be done?

There's a second problem, too... As there are quite a few clients in some BU, not all of the fit in one page, but I'd like the box to reach all corresponding pages (the text should appear in all of them)... Is this possible?

Thank you so much!
