would like to sum an order in a database field


i.e. order reference number = many products within the order
need to total the price of the order.

order is relative to order reference number a unique identifier

Where are you making the sum? Form, report, table? It sounds like a table. What event do you want to rely on to make the sum? What are the field names that are being summed? What is the table structure of the summed fields and the unique identifier? Is this being done in a form with sub form, etc?
