Default Access db is in use

I develop db / report / form on access 2007.
db accessing by the users on network folder.
when one user access the db other user can not access
the db why ?
it give message that " db already in use "

how can use access 2007 db for multiple users on network folder ?

Is the database split? The tables should be in one MDB file on the network, and the front end (queries, forms, reports, macros, modules) should be in another mdb or mde file, either on the users' desktops, or on a network folder.

No, database is not split.
