Transactions and @@IDENTITY

Is there a way to implement VBA code in access with Transactions?
After learning some SQL server it would be nice to be able to Roll_back to keep from going out of state, and use the @@IDENTITY variable, rather lookup or a whole new query. Are these things possible in Access?
