Default Please can someone help?!

Does any one know how to get values of a form in a seperate database and use them (copy them) on another form in an open databse

Basically i have two databses, database1 and database2. I need to copy two values off two labels within database1's switchboard. Then put these two values into two labels on to a form within database2 (the active database)!

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know :)

Thanks,

Sam,

Does the info in the labels come from a table? If so you can link to the table and replicate the info.

no, the info is just text in a label.

you could always use the clipboard:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/ kb/articles/Q210/2/16.asp

Then retreive it

Not the ideal solution, but it's A solution
