Reminder To Send E-Mail

Hi All
I have a database that users send templates. I now need to put some code into these templates that if the template is not sent after 15 Min when opened the user will get a message to send the e-mail immediately

What do you mean by "templates?"

If they are a form, for example, then you could have a hidden form launch when the template launches, and put an On Timer event to run after a 15 minute interval to pop up a message. Then on the template send e-mail event? Close the hidden form.

Without knowing what a template is or what events are firing, it is hard to tell what to suggest.

The Templates are forms the problem is if I put a timer event this will effect all ten users who user the database

It should not IF (and this is a big IF) you have split the database (backend with tables on the server) and a COPY of the frontend on EACH user's machine. This is the way it SHOULD be set up for multi-user use.
