Are you looking for a pop-up window to display customer information after inputting the customer phone number inside a form...ONLY if the customer is found in the database?
Or...
Are you looking for your form to automatically populate ALL customer information into your form after inputting the customer phone number...ONLY if the customer is found in the database based on the customer phone number?

How do I search forms for cu infor. I would like to type a cu phone and if they are in the database their info pop up. Help!!!
