I don't know what you mean by, "I only want to display one month of records after e.g todays date."

Today is December 10, 2009. Which dates do you want to see? Give me a date or date range with real dates. That will help with the query parameter.

Question Over Due one month only function

Are you looking for your query to return ALL records that are 30 days overdue from the date they were due for return?
If so...
What type of fields are you currently using for your query?:
Date Book Checked Out
Date Book Is Due For Return
Thanks!
