darn it.....
i was disappointed to see my long time work fading away...
as i was trying to find a way to stop the vb statement from working i rememberd i use CTRL+BREAK. in vb to stop vb coding from working....
so as the ms access 2010 was loading i hit CTRL+BREAK. as fast as the lamborghini murcilago ....and it was a surprise the vb statment did stop working and i retrieved my database....
and i learned never do stupid things unlease i have a backup

This should cover the topic of making backups often. Especially before experimenting.

The is also another good reason to split your databases. This way you can experiment on a copy of the Application (front end).

Try holding down the shift key while you open the database to bypass any startup routines.
