Hi everyone!
I've been given the task of building some enhancements to an existing Access application. One of the enhancements is to allow multiple checkboxes to be chosen in a subform. The subform is a simple datasheet view created by a subform query, but I'm not seeing where it limits the checkboxes to just one.

In some ways, I'm a guru with Access, in others I'm just a power-user, so any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

My version of Access is 2007, but as the file is .mdb, I'm assuming it's probably a 2003 version.

I'm comfortable with VBA, although looking thru this app has shown me some things that I've not done before, so this has been a challenge for me.

I don't understand what you mean by limit to just one. You will have a separate check box for each field. So there will only be one.

Could you be referring to an option group?
