insert join query

Dear Team,

I have three tables say ftth ,ftthont,ftthvoip
ftth holdsthe master data and ftthont and ftthvoip having the related data with ftth records.

in ftthont,ftthvoip data will be enter only if the record is already available in ftth .

kindly help me to provide the syntex for join
I am using PHP forms to insert the data in wamp server (mysql)
