Default Automate Export of Comma-Delineated file > Access?

Hi Yall -

I'm not sure how, or if it's possible, but I'd like to accomplish this and don't know how:

1. create a file every night that contains all records and data from my Access db in comma-delineated format.

2. ftp that file to an ftp server.

3. have the first two steps be automated somehow...

I'd really appreciate any guidance anyone can give me in accomplishing this!!!

Thanks!

Darin

Also, is this something that I can do efficiently with ASP (which is all that I'm really familiar with)?

Thank You!
