I have read through numerous threads of using loops and Dmax values to be able to achieve such goals

Unfortunately I am having difficulty in reproducing valuable results when I try to mould it to my situation.

I have a table "Processing Bins JK" which is in a many to one relationship with a table "Ripening Rooms JK" aswell as connected to a table "SCALE ID" via lookup

I would like to create a form to add units (processing bins) to table processing bins.

The snag comes in the fact that there are a few fields that would stay the same in the table and only the unique number assigned to each bin would change.

Thus the entering of 1000 bins a day becomes tedious.

Is it possible to create a form that would allow you to select a number of records to add with all the data except the unique number assigned(automatically)?

I will attach the database for clarity because I am sure my explanation lacks quite a bit.
