Default

(a) Set up the required report
(b) Set a hidden control on your form which identifies the current record
(c) Include the value of this hidden control (eg Forms!frmSomeName!ControlName) in the criteria of the report's record source
(d) Put a command button on the form which opens your report.

Hope this helps. But a bit of advice. To help generate replies to your query it is always best to put the nature of the query in the subject line. A lot of people will just ignore subjects such as "help please"
