Default MS Access duplicates records when appending to another table
Good Day,
I'm seeing numerous duplicate records when i try to append data from one table to another. I'm using Access 2010. I've tried every form of relations available on screen.

The other issue I'm seeing is that when I want to update fields from one table to another table, the screen shows it's updating, but when i check the table, the fields are blank. all fields have the same naming convention and attributes..

I am stumped...any help is HUGELY appreciated.
