Crystal reports with checkbox options

Hi,

I need to build a crystal report from an ADO.NET dataset. Each row could contain sub items. If there is any sub items i need to show them as checkbox option in the report.

For example,

Show list of questions. And for each questions get a set of preassigned answer and show them below the questions as checkbox options.

Can anyone please help me out. I would greatly appreciate. I am using C# to do the coding.
