Default treeview and database

dear expert

i would like to ask something about Treeview and database. let say i got a treeview and there's a series of checkboxs for
thier treenodes. let say treenode A,B and C. if i check on treenode A, then this will perform an action on the related table
resides on the MSSQL 2000 (let say the table name is character, and its field's (Treenode A,B,C)attribute is boolean type
(check for true;uncheck for false, default is set to false).

what shoudl i do in order to perform if i check on particular treenode checkbox, it will directly reflects to my table field
to change the default type false into true?? what step i should start on? which section of code i should focus on to do this
update? (like let say to perform Sqlstr=update.....set.....)

for this treeview is actually using by the admin site for granting the privilege to the user purpose. so, how do i draw it on
the panel that sharing the same .aspx page but only the admin can see the treeview design that attach on the panel.

thank you

If your application is not a concurrent user access application you can do all the changes to node on client side and maintain the changes, and then post all the changes when he submit the form.
