Default Using Multimedia controls in ADO.NET project

Hi,

I am new to ADO.NET and I am trying to create a web page that allows the user to listen and record Audio files in wav format. I have tried using a few .OCX files..but these cause the ACTIVEX problem on the browser.
Can anyone help me in this field. I need to know how I can use the OCX files ( and also which one I should use to record audio).

Thanks,
Vishal
