Default problem in web.config

i am facing a very simple but untraceable problem. this is

when i add key value pair in
<add key ="constr" value= "server=;database="Invent_DB"; uid=sa;pwd=;/>

 my server showing " unable to start debugging on web server. server side error occurred on sending debug HTTP request"

how can i fix this problem

At the top of your ASP.NET code add within the delimiters

Several errors:
1. <addSettings> does not exist in the web.config, should be <appSettings> </appSettings>.

2. Remove the double qoutes (" ") from the database name;

3. Add a double quote after the attribute pwd=; .

This should help.
