Default The MDIChild Form does not load

I am facing one peculiar problem while loading the MDI Child Form , after the code is executed in the MDI Child Form Load Event the Application automaticaly terminates without any code execution for the termination of the Application.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

use Application.Run(Main Form's Object) after u display ur main form
