Default ConfiguratinManager-vs-WebConfigurationManager

hello,
I cannot understand what is the difference between ConfigurationManager and WebConfigurationManager ? Please help me.

The difference is that System.Web.Configuration.WebConfigurationManager has got methods to work specifically with web-application configuration files.
