how to update data to DB from data set

I have mannaged successfully retrive the data into data grid view but whenever i make changes in the grid and update it is not getting updated in DB why?

i cant find yhe codes for chapter 25 and 29 for the book Professional c# 2005 with .Net3.0.

please help.
