SVG viewer 3.03 hyperlink problem

The project that I am working on is designed using macromedia, svg viewer ...and before they were using ADOBE svg viewer 3.0 ...now when I try to update with the SVG viewer 3.03.....main page do come up but the hyperlink (link) doesn't work ...does anyone know how to fix this? I did research about this and found out that it is something to do about MS Security ...but I have no idea about it...
any help would be helpful.
