Default AJAX Webservice behavior

Hello,
I try to call a WebObjecs WSDL that lies in the same domain as my AJAX Frontend. I use the same code as it was printed in the book "AJAX Professionell" but i doesn't fit?? So i questiened if the IE webservice behavior is only für .asmx Webservices?? Or is it really unimportant for webservice behavior which webservice application would by called.
Thanks for your reply

Default

IE web behaviour is only for IE but should work with any web service. The problem could be the service returning a type not understood by Windows. Can you post the wsdl contents and which service you are trying to use?
